Food & Friendship Every Thursday
We are open every Thursday from 10:30am to 1:30pm for food and friendship. Everyone is welcome.
Our community café is a big part of our outreach. We serve a hot, home-style lunch and pudding from 11:45am until 1:00pm, with vegetarian options.
It is a place for everyone to chill out, chat and get to know each other. Pop in for a cup of tea, stay for lunch, or simply come for some company. New faces are always made to feel at home.
Children are welcome too, so bring the family along.
Free Clothes, Shoes, Bedding & Household Items
Alongside the café we run a huge bank of clothes, bedding and household items for everyone to have, free of charge.
Browse the rails and boxes while you are with us on a Thursday and take what you need. What is available changes as new donations come in.
- Clothes and coats for adults and children
- Shoes and boots
- Bedding and household items
A Warm Welcome Space
Our café is a Warm Welcome Space: somewhere warm, safe and friendly to spend time, with no need to spend any money.
The café is supported by Birmingham City Council and The National Lottery Community Fund, which helps us keep the doors open every week for our neighbours in Billesley and the surrounding area.
If you know someone who is lonely, struggling or simply in need of a hot meal, please tell them about us. Everyone is welcome.
